Today, we also share our love for the Lou by bringing intention into every stretch in the studio. Following our most important Pilates principle of intentional breathing, we have moved to a 3-1-4 breath pattern for today’s stretch focus.

Breathing in through the nose, can allow you to focus even deeper on your mind+body awareness. As you exhale out through the mouth, take a few slow seconds to calm
your mind and find a little extra gratitude for our STL community.

3-1-4 Breaths:
⚜️ Breathe in for 3 counts, deep into the sides of the ribcage
⚜️ Hold for 1 controlled + calm count
⚜️ Exhale for 4 counts, through the mouth, using pursed 👄
